This week our assignment was to illustrate a pirate theme for baby apparel. I was looking forward to this assignment since I signed up for MATS. I love to design for children and babies. It is my fav! Below I included a few sketches I did to get the ideas going. I tried to keep this more gender neutral since I am building my portfolio. I could not resist making the little sun into a pattern to coordinate.
