Back at school with Lilla Rogers! Our first assignment for MATS B was to create a Holiday card with a gingerbread house theme. I wanted my gingerbread house to still have a gingerbread feel, but not be to similar to others out there. Lilla always provides great inspiration with every lesson. One page had a few little elves from her personal collection, and I was instantly inspired by them. Elves are always up to something, so I wanted to show off their playfulness. I definitely smiled the whole time illustrating this. Joy!
